Do so by clicking Start->Programs->Adobe Reader 7.0 ©
2. On the menu bar-Click Edit->Preferences...
3. Choose "Internet" from the window on the left.
Under "Web Browser Options" remove the check
mark beside "Display PDF in Browser" and click "OK".
You can then access the form on our page.
