

Retirement Plans Back
Ridgeview offers a 403(B) and a 401(A) Retirement Plan ("Plans") as an opportunity
to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. Each plan allows you to direct your
retirement assets among an array of investment options. Additionally, upon completion
of one year of employment and eligibility, Ridgeview matches employee contributions
up to 3% and contributes an amount equal to 4% of your annual base earnings.
Medical, Dental & Vision Benefit Plans
Medical benefit coverage is offered to all full-time (minimum 30 hours/week) staff
and their eligible family members and is provided by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
Dental insurance is offered by MetLife to staff and eligible family members. Vision
insurance is offered by VisionCare.
Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Pre-tax Premium Plans
You may set aside money before taxes to cover estimated medical and child care
expenses throughout the year. Premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage
may also be paid with pre-tax dollars.
Long-term Disability
Long-term disability is an employer-provided benefit that offers financial support
by providing income protection while disabled.
Sick Leave Back
Full-time staff accrue eight hours of sick leave each month that may be used for
doctor appointments, caring for a sick child and/or to care for immediate family
members during illness.
Annual (vacation) Leave
Staff who are scheduled a minimum of 20 hours each week accrue annual leave
each month based on length of service and/or position with the organization.
Holidays
Eligible staff receive eight paid holidays each year.
Group Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Group life insurance is provided to staff who are scheduled a minimum of 30
hours each week. This amount of this benefit is equal one and one-half times the
annual base rate of pay. Additional supplemental life insurance is available for
purchase at group rates.
Education Assistance
Staff who have completed eligibility requirements may be reimbursed for one job
related course each semester.
Extensive In-house Clinical and Professional Staff Growth and Development Programs
Staff may take advantage of ongoing educational opportunities including clinical,
nursing, pharmacological training, computer training, as well as CPR and first aid
certification.
